What counts as a property?
One physical location — a resort, an HOA community, a club. A property can have multiple pools and zones; pricing is per property, banded by the loungers under management.
Is Starter really free?
Yes — free for a single pool area within the Starter lounger band. No card required and no trial clock. GPS check-in enforcement and attendant tools live in Pro and up.
Why bands by lounger count instead of per reservation?
A bigger deck is a bigger towel problem, so lounger count tracks the value you get — and it barely changes season to season, so your bill is predictable. We never charge per reservation: more reservations means the product is working.
Our pool is only open part of the year — does a subscription make sense?
That’s why annual billing includes two months free, and monthly billing is there if you’d rather pay only for the months your deck is open.
